Siemon, a global leader in network infrastructure solutions, has announced its acknowledgment as a top 5% recipient of the 2023 Star Awards 

Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), the leading ANSI-accredited standards development body for the ICT Industry, recognises Siemon for outstanding engagement, both as an individual and a company.

The TIA Star Awards, initiated in 2021, honor the association’s most engaged individuals and companies, highlighting their contributions to TIA and industry objectives and initiatives. John Siemon, the chief technology officer and chief operations officer at Siemon, garners recognition within the top 5% for the individual category. John, a licensed Professional Engineer with a distinguished career spanning decades, epitomises the essence of this accolade. As a named inventor on over 50 patents in ICT, he consistently showcases dedication to innovation and progress. John's leadership transcends Siemon, actively engaging with industry organisations like TIA, BICSI, and ANSI. Notably, he was honored with the Astin-Polk International Standards Medal for his fervent commitment to promoting international standards development.
